Small lettering tips:

All stock lettering must be 3/16 -1/4 inch Minimum. A block style can go to 3/16 but a script style probably 1/4 inch. If you are going that small, you have to decrease the ARC and COLUMN DENSITY to 90 percent and 120 percent COLUMN WIDTH if you use the strokes on right tool bar.

To get the best, fullest look doing small letters, we must reduce DENSITY and increase COLUMN WIDTH. Always use CUTAWAY backing for best effect and 70/10 needle size.

Lettering or design must be displayed in wire frame or cnd mode

Click sequencer on right tool bar.

Left mouse click on lettering.

Right mouse click on the letters.

Change Density to a lesser number 90 or 80 percent

Change Column width to increase 110 or 120 percent.

Re Stitch and save or send
