  • Methods of Payment

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, American Express) via PayPal Express Checkout. All orders are processed using the latest SSL encryption technologies to assure that your purchases are made in a completely secure environment. We can also process your order via telephone during normal business hours.

     

  • Sales Tax

    Our corporate offices are located in Parker County, Texas. 8.25% state sales tax will be charged to Texas Residents ONLY. 
     
  • Shipping and Handling

    In order to keep your final cost as low as possible, all orders are shipped exclusively via The United States Postal Service from our store in north-central Texas, U.S.

    Domestic orders:  Shipping rates for purchases at datastitch.com are based upon the total item weight of your order and are calculated in real-time according to the current published USPS rates to your location. Priority Mail, Express Mail and regular Parcel Post services are available to all 50 of the United States.

     

    International orders: Shipping rates for purchases at datastitch.com are based upon the total item weight of your order and are calculated in real-time according to the current published USPS rates to your location. Global Express and USPS Global Express Guaranteed Non-Document Service options are available to most international destinations. 

     

  • Damage in Shipment

    We take every possible precaution to ensure that your order will arrive unharmed. Should damage occur in transit, the carrier/shipper and their insurance provided is the sole remedy for settlement. Data-Stitch, Inc does not provide any coverage once the item leaves the warehouse at 113 Dennis, Junction Rd, Weatherford, Tx 76088

     

  • Lost Shipments

    Buyer must insure themselve by contract through the carrier/shipper. Data-Stitch, Inc does not accept the responsibilty of lost shipments. Data-Stitch, Ins will supply a tracking and confirmation number for all shipments.

  • Returns & Exchanges (Supply items only)

    Supply items can be returned for store credit only. All part items that are unused can be returned for a 70% cash refund or a 100% in store credit. Opened parts including circuit boards can not be returned.

     

Return Instructions:

Buyer is responsible for loss during shipping and insurance. Please make a copy of the receipt that came with your shipment and include it with your return.  Buyers must return iin original packing and send all returns to:
